شروط وأحكام شراء الدورات التدريبية
بشراء دورة تدريبية أو خدمة أو مسار أو باقة من صفحتنا على الويب، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بالشروط والأحكام التالية. يرجى قراءتها بعناية قبل المتابعة.
1. الدفع والتسعير
1.1 متطلبات الدفع: إذا كنت تشتري دورة تدريبية واحدة، فيجب عليك إكمال الدفع الكامل قبل الوصول إلى مواد الدورة التدريبية. إذا كنت مؤهلاً للحصول على خطة سداد، فيجب عليك إكمال دفعة واحدة على الأقل قبل الوصول إلى مواد الدورة التدريبية.
1.2 خطة الدفع الافتراضية: إذا كنت مسجلاً في خطة سداد وفشلت في إجراء أي دفعة مجدولة، تحتفظ WeCloudData بالحق في تعليق وصولك إلى مواد الدورة التدريبية حتى يتم دفع المبلغ المستحق. قد نفرض رسومًا متأخرة أو نفرض عقوبات حسب الاقتضاء. قد يؤدي عدم إكمال الدفعات إلى فقدان الوصول الدائم دون استرداد الأموال.
2. الوصول إلى الدورة والمحتوى
2.1. Access Duration: Upon completing the full payment, you will have lifetime access to the course.
2.2. Intellectual Property: All course content, including videos, presentations, documents, and other materials, remains the intellectual property of WeCloudData. These materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written consent from WeCloudData.
2.3 تحديثات محتوى الدورة التدريبية: تحتفظ WeCloudData بالحق في تعديل مواد الدورة التدريبية أو تحديثها أو إيقافها في أي وقت.
3. سياسة الاسترداد
3.1. Refund Period: You may request a refund within 72 hours from the date of purchase. Refunds may be denied under the following circumstances:
- تم الوصول إلى جزء ملحوظ من الدورة التدريبية أو تنزيله قبل طلب استرداد الأموال.
- لقد طلب الطالب استرداد مبالغ متعددة أو زائدة عن الحد.
- تم الإبلاغ عن حساب الطالب أو حظره أو تم تعطيل الوصول إلى الدورة التدريبية بسبب انتهاكات السياسة.
3.2 استرداد الائتمان فقط: الطلاب مؤهلون لتبديل الدورات خلال 7 أيام من التسجيل. يجب أن تكون الدورة الجديدة بنفس المستوى والقيمة. لا يمكن تقديم هذا الطلب إلا مرة واحدة. إذا كانت الدورة المطلوبة ذات قيمة أعلى، فيجب دفع الفرق. لن يتم توفير أي مبالغ مستردة أو أرصدة للدورات التدريبية ذات القيمة المنخفضة.
3.3. Non-Refundable Items: Refunds do not apply to any services that have already been used or started.
3.3. Refund Service Fees: A non-refundable processing fee of 2.9% will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover service charges.
3.4. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within ten business days from the date of approval.
4. الإلغاء والانسحاب من الدورة
4.1. Client-Initiated Cancellations: If you cancel your purchase before accessing any course materials within 72 hours, you are entitled to a full refund minus processing fees. Once access is granted, cancellations will follow the terms outlined in the refund policy. Please note that inactivity or lack of engagement with the course content after access has been granted does not qualify for a refund.
4.2. Provider-Initiated Cancellations: WeCloudData reserves the right to cancel a course or revoke access if these terms are violated or in cases of inappropriate behaviour. In such instances, individuals who breach the rules will not be entitled to a refund.
5. شهادة الدورة
5.1. Completion Requirements: Certificates will only be issued upon meeting the course requirements.
5.2. Non-Guarantee of Employment: Completing the course and receiving a certificate does not guarantee employment, promotion, or career advancement.
6. حدود المسؤولية
6.1. No Guarantees: WeCloudData does not guarantee any specific results, such as job placement or salary increase, from completing the course.
6.2. Indirect Losses: WeCloudData is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of income or business opportunities, arising from your course purchase or participation.
7. معلومات الحساب وتسجيل الدخول
7.1. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
7.2. Unauthorized Access: WeCloudData will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from failure to safeguard your credentials.
8. سياسة الخصوصية
8.1. Data Use: Your personal information will be used to provide course access, communicate updates, and for marketing purposes (if opted-in). The information is stored in our internal database.
8.2. Data Sharing: We will not share your personal information with third parties except for payment processing and legal compliance.
5.3. Data Security: We employ security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access.
9. قواعد السلوك
9.1. Behavior Expectations: You agree to behave respectfully and professionally in any live sessions, discussion forums, or group activities associated with the course.
9.2. Prohibited Actions: You are prohibited from sharing login information, using offensive language, or engaging in harassment of instructors or other participants.
9.3. Consequences of Misconduct: Violations of the code of conduct may result in immediate revocation of course access without a refund.
10. الحق في التعديل
