• Surface operational and academic pain points leadership may not see
• Assess readiness across teams, data stewardship, and governance
• Identify responsible, realistic AI use cases aligned with educational goals

No hands-on work.
No tools to adopt.

How the Workshop Works

Before the Session

AI Readiness Surveys are distributed to:

• Leadership
• Faculty, staff, and operational teams

These capture:

• Manual or repetitive workflows
• Support and content bottlenecks
• Automation opportunities
• Readiness gaps across privacy, governance, and skills

Hour 1 — AI Awareness (Education-Focused)

A practical, non-technical introduction covering:

• What AI is (and is not) in education contexts
• Where AI is being used responsibly today
• Relevant examples such as:
  • Student support and advising workflows
  • Content and assessment operations
  • Internal reporting and administrative automation

Hours 2–3 — Readiness Review & Use Case Mapping

Live review of aggregated survey insights to identify:

• Where teams are losing time or capacity
• Where AI could realistically support outcomes
• Where trust, privacy, or governance concerns exist

The session concludes with:

• Prioritized opportunity areas
• Readiness considerations
• Clear, practical next-step recommendations
