We are looking to hire multiple data science instructors and assistant instructors for a training project overseas. This is an exciting 3-6 month opportunity that will include providing data science training to teachers who will go on to inspire the next generation of talents. You will be engaging with other faculty members and operations team to deliver high quality and concise data science material to the attendees and ensuring a smooth student journey. This opportunity can be the pathway to opening new networking doors in your career with fellow data science peers along with the following:

Summary of Duties

• Work with the content team to review and improve course material, teaching notes and reference material
• Provide supervision and training to the assistant instructors and TAs
• Prepare and deliver daily lectures
• Adjust content based on students real-time feedback
• Motivate students on the importance and application of data and AI
• Preparing, supervising and assessing student performance and progress
• Work with faculty to ensure a smooth student journey
• Manage and cater to a diverse set of computing and data proficiencies

Qualifications

• 1+ year of data science work/ project experience required
• Knowledge of SQL and databases
• Proficiency in Python and data processing (Pandas)
• Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS) is preferable
• Excellent communication skills to be able to teach and provide feedback and assistance to students
• Must have prior teaching/training experience
• Must have previous coursework development experience
• Languages required:
  • English (High proficiency)
  • Arabic (nice to have)
