1. Payment and Pricing

1.1 Payment Requirement: If you are purchasing a single course, you must complete the full payment before accessing the course materials. If you are eligible for a payment plan, you must complete a minimum of one instalment payment before accessing the course materials.

1.2 Payment Plan Default: If you are enrolled in a payment plan and fail to make any scheduled payment, WeCloudData reserves the right to suspend your access to the course materials until the outstanding amount is paid. We may charge a late fee or impose penalties as applicable. Failure to complete payments may result in the permanent loss of access without refund.

2. Course Access and Content

2.1. Access Duration: Upon completing the full payment, you will have lifetime access to the course.
2.2. Intellectual Property: All course content, including videos, presentations, documents, and other materials, remains the intellectual property of WeCloudData. These materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written consent from WeCloudData.

2.3 Course Content Updates: WeCloudData reserves the right to modify, update, or retire course materials at any time.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Refund Period: You may request a refund within 72 hours from the date of purchase. Refunds may be denied under the following circumstances:

If the requested course is of higher value, the difference must be paid. No refunds or credits will be provided for lower-value courses.

3.3. Refund Service Fees: A non-refundable processing fee of 2.9% will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover service charges.
3.4. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within ten business days from the date of approval.

4. Cancellation and Course Withdrawal

4.1. Client-Initiated Cancellations: If you cancel your purchase before accessing any course materials within 72 hours, you are entitled to a full refund minus processing fees. Once access is granted, cancellations will follow the terms outlined in the refund policy. Please note that inactivity or lack of engagement with the course content after access has been granted does not qualify for a refund.
4.2. Provider-Initiated Cancellations: WeCloudData reserves the right to cancel a course or revoke access if these terms are violated or in cases of inappropriate behaviour. In such instances, individuals who breach the rules will not be entitled to a refund.

5. Course Certification

5.1. Completion Requirements: Certificates will only be issued upon meeting the course requirements.
5.2. Non-Guarantee of Employment: Completing the course and receiving a certificate does not guarantee employment, promotion, or career advancement.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. No Guarantees: WeCloudData does not guarantee any specific results, such as job placement or salary increase, from completing the course.
6.2. Indirect Losses: WeCloudData is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of income or business opportunities, arising from your course purchase or participation.

7. Account and Login Information

7.1. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
7.2. Unauthorized Access: WeCloudData will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from failure to safeguard your credentials.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1. Data Use: Your personal information will be used to provide course access, communicate updates, and for marketing purposes (if opted-in). The information is stored in our internal database.
8.2. Data Sharing: We will not share your personal information with third parties except for payment processing and legal compliance.
5.3. Data Security: We employ security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access.

9. Code of Conduct

9.1. Behavior Expectations: You agree to behave respectfully and professionally in any live sessions, discussion forums, or group activities associated with the course.
9.2. Prohibited Actions: You are prohibited from sharing login information, using offensive language, or engaging in harassment of instructors or other participants.
9.3. Consequences of Misconduct: Violations of the code of conduct may result in immediate revocation of course access without a refund.

10. Right to Modify
