Dashboard building for RMS KPI reporting
Our team successfully fulfilled the client's objective of equipping Ontario Fire Services with a modern Records Management System (RMS) solution and dashboard reports, enabling fire departments to make informed decisions based on historical data. Our deliverables included an enhanced set of PowerBI dashboards for key performance indicator (KPI) reporting, along with the provision for ad-hoc reports. Additionally, we developed a proof-of-concept report that utilized historical data to explore predictive analytics applications, specifically focusing on time series forecasting for event frequency and resource allocation. This comprehensive solution helped the client to leverage data-driven insights for efficient operations and resource management within the fire services.
